Materials to be submitted for review
Interested faculty may apply for participation by submitting a 1-page letter of interest, CV and application form. This letter should indicate which program is being applied to and emphasize the applicant’s history of service and leadership, career goals, and objectives for participating in the program.
Applications also require a letter of support from an administrator to whom you report (e.g., chair, dean, director, or vice provost) that highlights the applicant’s leadership skills and abilities, accomplishments and potential for professional growth. This letter must confirm financial and logistical support (e.g., the faculty member may need to agree to an adjusted teaching schedule or workload to enable regular attendance at sessions).
Materials should be emailed to faculty@osu.edu
