Cultivating Excellence Across the Academic Journey
Faculty Pathways is a comprehensive and innovative faculty development program designed to equip educators with the necessary tools, knowledge and support to excel in their roles at The Ohio State University. Most sessions are 90 minutes and many include a 60-minute didactic session and a 30-minute networking opportunity in which we ask attendees to exchange business cards. The goal is to nurture a culture of continuous learning and foster a community of practice that enhances faculty members’ personal and professional lives.
