Holistic Framework and Tool to Invigorate and Launch a 3-Year Career Development Plan

This session will focus on guiding faculty to help tailor their own 3-year Career Development Plan to achieve their teaching, research, scholarly, service and personal development goals. Prior to the session, all registrants must complete an online self-assessment to determine current knowledge, competencies, behaviors and skills within several domains that are essential to career progression and advancement of the university’s vision, mission and shared values.
