Take time to step back and think strategically about your future in academia. Through guided reflection and interactive activities, participants will assess their current career trajectory, identify priorities, and begin developing a roadmap for the next five years. The session will conclude with an overview of career planning tools, resources, and opportunities available through Ohio State's partnership with the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD).
